Someone was asking me for the 9.50 psql install file, since apparently Pervasive no longer offers this for download and 10.X series doesn't work as advertised (I can neither confirm nor deny these findings).

At any rate, I finally found the 9.50 install exe:

This is to cool guys, thanks for your work on this. Two question, when clicking the Items button I get an error stating "Error creating new index. Items". Any advice? Also, second time loading the page all the buttons say update except for Races which still says create, any help would be appreciated.

PSQL 9.5 has a few bugs.
Under certain unusual circumstances you can end up locked out of your own tables...
It's a known issue and the patch is PSQL 9.7. I installs in seconds with no fuss.

The bug involves an authentication error within the PSQL engine which can cause the registration key to become invalid, and will refuse to accept a valid key. You may or may not ever see the conditions that cause this to happen, but if you do... it sucks.

9.7 doesn't require reconverting files to a new format, just running the hotfix setup file. This is not a stand alone version, it is a patch.
