I set up 2 2000 servers at work today and had no problems so im guessing its in the way I am trying to route the cable internet. The only issue I had at work was that it took about 2 mins to log on to any client machine. Said it was loading profile and I didn't have it with a roaming profile either. I'll have another look at my setup then I'll talk to blackhaze. Thanks for all your ideas everyone.

that's usually caused by improperly configured DNS

ahh, well i can check that when im next at work. been using nt4 servers until today
