Same old ActiveX issue we were trying to solve before Syntax. You shot me some links and what not you thought might help but it never got resolved. If i try and Export, i get an "ActiveX" Error 305 i believe.

can you get the exact error and when exactly it happens?



edit: also, tell me what is says in each of the windows on the MME export status bar (like wccpsell2.dat and record #455 or whatever)

Sorry it took so long to get back on this issue but here it is:



Error 429: ADOX.Catalog

ActiveX Component can't create object.



The dislogue box just says: Creating Database......

well it's not server 2003 because that's what i run, and i have no trouble creating databases

Try installing Jet 4.0 SP8 and rebooting:

Then try installing MDAC 2.8 and rebooting:

I have had this same problem as well, but I fixed mine, some spy ware removal soft ware prohibits active x controls if you are running a spy ware removal or have had 1 installed you need to try removing them and enabling the active x controllers
