mega reinstall

HEllo all. I goofed up d/l'in paths, and now mega freezes solid with a nonvalid room message. I was told to delete and reinstall. My biggest question is if I do so, will I loose the key for mega. I know use maps, but i'm not that great with them.

Thank you for the helpful info Invisigod. I think Ihave it figured out. I click ignore all room conflicts and when it asks to remove rooms I told it no, and so far so good. Its been working. The path I use to get to the spot I've been scripting at is working just fine. I'm def gonna find me a few new maps tho just in case. U know of a place I can get maps for added places???
