Colour Caps.

Is there anyway to colourize your caps besides using BloodHTML? Its seems to be best work with YaBB, it's a hassle to learn perl to run YaBB. Anything way making it work on vBulletin or phpBB?



I've tried posting in between the code tag on my forum, yes, it comes out as... code. :)
