File discriptions [Archive] - ForumsHQ

I was examining the dat files and kept running across the gang houses and emblems and noticed that all the discriptions said the following.

FILE DESCRIPTION

FILE NAME

*note* file name = a text document with a modified file extention.

Only problem I found is that it likes to repeat the first line of text in the file but it does has some usefull applications. Like wanted posters and npc diarys blah blah blah and basicly anything that gets updated on a fairly regular basis.
