I did the survey and i found the questions very interesting, and as for my friend, i think she's gorgeous, but i have no desire to take our relationship to a higher level than just friends...

they can as long as one of them isn't engaged or something like that. i have some cool (and hot) girlfriends, but since i got steady with my girl (+2years) it just ain't possible to hook up with them (alone) on a evening or so. women are fokkin' jealous. i'm ok with the fact that she sees other guys, cause i know what i'm worth (+she worships me :D )

My thoughts-

If they're both attractive, its possible, but not not likely.

If one is ugly, its almost a given.

If both are ugly, theres a good chance, but whats the point?

yep. I have plenty of female friends that attraction doesn't get in the way with. Hell, I even have an ex that remained a best friend...
