What I meant was, if someone posts kitty pr0n, or the like, then you're pretty much culpable until your lawyer proves otherwise. They can, at the very least, confiscate your server while they're building a case. I'm saying it'd be a (legally) good idea to keep an eye on whats passing through club-x.
