Go Hole Access Violation cuz of user

everytime one of my users, a specific user, types go hole at the dragon's teeth hills hole my bbs crashes because of an access violation. i have no idea how to fix this but hopefully someone here does so please help me out.

you probably don't have your module codes entered. check the "A" option on the "SYSOP" menu off of the majormud menu.
