I am trying to create and set an Item and a NPC into a room. The situation is that I have turned Trader Tull's room into a potion shop. I have eddited the discription with Nightmare and have made it a shop and able to be listed as per shops. I have eddited the discription in the room next too it (I believe map 1 room 231).
The problem comes into the fact that the room next to the shop wont stick to the changes I make as far as the discription change. I update and compile the nightmare file (update.xxxsomething) to the servers directory. The other problem is the NPC. I copied an NPC that already exsisted and made new msg files for him for the greeting and for the death. I set him as a room only NPC and have it set to follow 0% and as a nuetral character etc... But he does not show in the room. Is there a step proccess to add an NPC to a room?

Which NPC did you copy? I could probably be alot more help than I'm going to be, but was the NPC you copied limited to 1? That would explain why the "new" one won't show.

Tulok the axe seller I believe. I would think when I renamed and made a new monster at a new # that it would set him to 1 of a kind of that new monster/NPC.
There is a lot I do not know. I am trying so please Teach me oh grand masters who have already incountered these problems.
