Room Spell

How would one go about setting a timed spell in the halls of the dead to kick people out of it after they have been sitting there say 15 min. I was thinking of the spell banish :-) if they sat in the halls for too long it would cast banish on the poor unsuspecting folks. I know how to put up a room spell but unsure if you can make it timed.
