In Adobe PhotoShop how can I blow up a picture without pixalating it?

Is it possible to double or tripple the size of a picture without the pixaliation?



I have 2 photo's of a female friend that I want to edit for her, but everytime I blow it up it gets pixalated and looks really bad. How can I fix this?

use layers and smudge.. take a look at the pic of chuck i did for that contest... its like 500x bigger than what i started with
