Left over CPs?

Is there any abilties, or textblock abilities that make it so something can be done with CPs when stats become maxed? I am interested in making an NPC in which you can turn CPs into for items, money, exp.. etc

I have tried and tried and tried to figure something out for that, because after awhile, CP's go negative and every time someone enters the realm, they have to train stats. There's a CP ability, that I tried putting on an item and giving it -1000 CP's or something like that, and that didn't work. As far as me and my team can tell, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. The only think I can think of is if someone has extra CP's, they tell you, you go in and edit them off, and edit some cash on them or something as if they sold their CP's. If you figure something out, lemme know.

Try putting it in a spell... Some abilities only work like that...

I tested it on a number of different type of spells. It was a big no go. Every response i had was "This is a silly spell, why would you cast that spell?" So, It looks as if I will have to manually edit left over CPs, and possibly reward abilities for a certain amount. I remember a good BBS that had tokens you could turn in for Abilties ;)
