if vbulletin is anything like phpBB, you have to make a pak file and add them or you can add each individually

Heh, but vB isn't like phpBB...you can upload the images into the directory for smileys, and the from the panel, just create the code and direct it to the right image ;)

you can do the same in phpBB, but the pak files make it easy when you have 500+ smilies to add ;)
