Sorry to all my players out there, Worldgroup is giving me the shits, and crashing whenever someone rerolls, when ever the board shutsdown (for cleanup or just shutting down). So I am going to invest in a few new parts for another comp wich will be a sole mud computer. I know i said this a while ago but i used some parts from the one i got on my xbox ;)



So the board will be down for between 1 - 7 days, keep checking back here to see when it comes up.

Make a fake character, make him a guild and it wont crash when someone rerolls.

crashing when someone rerolls has nothing to do with your pc..



reinstall shit, ask for help, etc..if WG Runs or you pc normal, then any WG problems is because of WG/Mud, not your comp..

well it wont be up tonite unless my reinstall of win2k or win98 works better with wg. But if it dont go up tonite itll be up tomorrow, if i can get a eeprom or flashrom chip. If someone in Australia has a 256k 32pin one spare can u pm me and ill buy it off u or something

It will be back up tonite with the same addy, hopefully it will be the same, with out the crashes. Ill edit this post when it comes up.

Ok, is it down again? I get this message:

Server allows NTLM authentication only

Server has closed connection

...whenever I try to login, regardless of what proggie I use to connect. What's the deal? I'm going thru withdrawls here at work without my mmud fix!

that's a win2k server deal, i'm not sure what's going on there...maybe he'll get it back up tonight, if not just wait it'll be back
