Error...new one!

Ok, i could find no other posts about this particular error...so here i am ;) My friend is trying to install a fresh WG 3.2 MMud 1.1l board and is getting this error when the bbs is loading up.

I believe that means its trying to read a file that is in use. Do you have any other wgserver.exe files open? Check your tasks. If not, close everything on your computer and try to load it again.
