Go download ZEND Developer and then pay for it. It comes with the PHP manual as well as a debugger. Its the best program available in my opionion for PHP.

www.php.net....you can edit in notepad...just like C++...
Re: PHP Compiler for webpage [Archive] - ForumsHQ
your server has to have php and mysql installed to use both of them (duh). I used phpedit for all of my MudView pages (it just makes it look pretty, but damn near anything programming program (c++) will do the same)
Just find yerself a good proggie and some php websites... and you will be set....
http://mudview.mudinfo.net Check it out sometime... its all mysql and php :D
