it happens when i try and run my utilities as well as my server

Sounds like your Active Monsters for MUD were blitzed bud, if you tried to edit the monster dat files and didnt A)re-create the update, B) Run a majormud recovery that may account for it.

should be easy to fix though if it's messed up. just copy in the original file (or maybe just copy wccacms2.vir to wccacms2.dat) and then run a recovery.

Copying the VIR sometimes makes mud crabby but a recovery after running works in most cases.

i cant run a recovery cause i cant even open my mud utilities
