1 = How much the spell's minimum goes up.

2 = How many rounds the spell's duration goes up.

3 = How many levels for the increase in #1 to occur.

4 = How many levels for the increase in #2 to occur.

5, 6, 7 = Known variables



So a value of

2 1 20



Assuming a duration spell and at lvl 20, would have a minimum of 100, a maximum of 200, and last 40 rounds longer than the base duration.
