WoW Tradewinds Burning Crusade [Archive] - ForumsHQ

Tradewinds closed test server will soon be testing V3 of our server software which will make us Burning Crusade compatible along with the new races and V2.x.x+ compatible. The server software is the same as what we are running now so integration shouldn't be that big of a problem.



I've obtained TBC update for the server and am almost done with TBC ISO's downloads. When I have more news I will post it.

No you won't, I already have all the files located though I don't plan to publish the link until its open to the public, I don't need people comming to me because they upgraded too soon just to find out they can't connect anymore.

***UPDATE***

Works so far with 2.0.1 client, I'm able to connect to it locally. Going to install Burning Crusade Pack to see how well the new races work. Don't hold out for perfection however, I'm sure there will be plenty of glitches as always occures with new repack releases. I'll post pics when I get a chance.

Teasers, this is far from stable as of right now, I'm working with V3 trying to get it to work for us.

Makes me wish I still played here. I have a level 61 rogue and 58 hunter on another server. :) I love this game.

The starting areas for the new races are beautiful. Not to mention the sky in the Outlands.

Waiting on a spare computer that's getting thrown my way, going to frankenstein it so I can run megamuds/files/etc. on it and still game on this one. Not saying I'm dieing to play WoW, but it will be nice to have the chance again when the urge hits me. :P
