OK, So I have re-installed now 3 times, and I can't stop the fucking program from updating to the latest. when I finish installing, I do the patches to 7.0 then 8.0, and then I start the game, and it decided that it wants 11.0.



How the hell do I stop it from downloading the update from Blizzard?

Edit your realmlist and remove the blizzard address and put ours in before you load it up after 1.8



as a safety net you can unplug from the internet while doing all this.

Did that, as well. And as soon as I plug back in and logon, it starts to download that shit again. Where else would they hide Blizzard shit, I have litterly deleted Blizz from everything I can access.



Anyways, I have finally finished moving, and I'm going to wipe my system and do a full reinstall.

EDIT: Sorry speed, after moving all day in 100+ degree weather about 80 miles I was grumpy, and your post just annoyed me. I had already gone thru the steps 3 times, and I still get the same shit.
