Now my copy has corrupted itself. When I try to log in, I get "that account of password doesn't exsist, if your account or password has been stolen, please report it to blizzard.com" I tried to use repair, and that fucked things up even worse...



I might not log in until after Aug 1 now, I might just wait uintil I wipe the system, and reinstall................





I might even break down and buy a legit copy...

Not sure if you can find an older version, but fileplanet is offering demo downloads of 1.11. All patched up, and the serial number of a hard copy is only for registering THAT copy to THAT account. Of course, that only applies if you're playing blizz servers. The demo version can even be technically "expired" and still work for our purposes.

When it becomes possible to upgrade versions for the server, something like this, though it's a hefty 3 gig download, would be the optimal choice imo.

I downloaded my copy just before Stu started mentioning about a WOW server.



It's the full blown copy, its already been cracked, its all 5 dvd's. BUT as of yesterday it's gone back to trying to access the Blizzard server, yet all the settings are set to tradewinds.... So I have no clue as to what corrupted?



I get either "Unable to connect" or The account name or password are invalid, please contact Blizzard (blah blah blah bullshit bullshit bullshit)" when I get it again, I'll grab a screen shot.
