Help with Mud Setup

Ok I have a fresh install of Worldgroup 3.20, with majormud 1.11i (with patch) installed. I'm running the 10x exp dat off Speed's ftp, along with the unlimited limited items .dat from there as well.

Now for some reason when I try to setup the WCCMMUD.INI file, it doesn't like it from some reason. Here's what I have in the file:

SYS_GOTO=NORMAL

SYS_STATUS_KEY=NORMAL

SYS_STATUS=NORMAL

BLANK_LASTNAME_ALLOWED=1

EXP_IN_TOPGANG=1

All non-ops are in the USER class which has the USER, NORMAL, and DEMO keys. I tried using USER as the key in WCCMMUD.DLL, but that didn't work either. Any ideas?

One more thing: For some reason the board crashes with this error:

C:\WGSERV\WGSERVER.EXE - Access Violation. Attempt to read from: 1eb87fcc
