Problem installing 1.11g

Well I installed WG3.20 and it runs fine, then I install 1.11g and it gives me these weird errors. It syas it can't find/use the wccmmud.dll or something like that, then when I copy over a copy of wccmmud.dll form a .zip I got it gets past that but then get's a btrieve open error.

Any ideas?
