[Monoxide the great]

A friend of mine needed windows reinstalled on her computer, an HP Pavilion 503n, I reinstalled Windows 2000 professional for her and after reinstalling itunes and all that happy horse shit she hooked her Ipod up to it and it wont say that its charging the screen goes blank, but we let it get dead and hooked it up and it charged it back up so its not really too big of a problem but she complains that it doesnt say that its charging or anything so does anyone know of a fix or what could be causing it
