is it possible to make a new type of magery? coz i have a necromaner which i want to use necromantic spells and none others...i've set it so he learns mage -1 spells and set all his spells to -1 will that work? or is there a way to create a new set of spells??

set him as mage..make every mage scroll mage restricted (as well as warlock and gypsy for those that they can use) and make every necro spell necro restricted...mages/warlocks/gypsies wont be able to use necro spells, necro wont be able to use theirs.

you also have to remember that the magery levels effect how much SC, mana, mana regen, spell damage, etc etc the character gets.

does anyone know what gives mages the spell of banish and hellstorm? is it just my version of megacrud is dodge? (1.03t)

oh and comet and prismatic beam, manashield, necromantic bolt, chain lightning, bladed sphere and protective shell...



i'm guessing they're not in the game and its just my version of megamud, but i thought i'd ask anyway...

all of the one's in the second list are from the 5th alignment quest. You have them in a mixed up order, not all mages get all of those spells. 3 per alignment. ie, prismatic beam, prismatic blast and protective shell are neutral. necro bolt, hellstorm & bladed sphere are evil. Comet, Chain lightning & manashield are good.

also i have a vampyre, that uses kai for form of the wolf/bat/mist... would i just make the rest of the kai spells mystic only?

i haven't been as far as 5th quest b4, only ever done up to the phoenix...so they come from the white patchment etc? or what? coz i needa make what they come from mage only so my necromancer doesn't get them...

white patchment? heh naw..i dunno which are for which alignment off the top of my head..what i do know is



prismatic beam and blast are neutral (grey parchment scroll)

chain lightning and comet are good (white parchment scroll)

hellstorm is evil (blood runed scroll)



I dunno the rest off the top of my head..
