Sounds pretty genuine, although in this day and age, you can never know.. If you do decide to file a claim, you have to put quite a lot of personal information.. which can be very easily used for a lot of fradulent activities. Is there a news link somewhere to prove the validity of this? It sounds pretty wild, and not that I eagerly follow the news, but I've never heard of this lawsuit.
