Have you guys heard about flashterm

it's a very nice flash app that gives your bbs or mud a web presence.
very easy to setup!

Bah! Can't seem to get my socket security to work. The policy server sees the request, but the client just times out. Not enough info to really figure this out, either. Doesn't give the most intuitive messages...

Looks great if you can get it running though!

yeah it's easy to make a facebook app, you just use iframe mode. i have one and i know of 3 others that have it.

regarding flashterm,
if you cant get it working that means you dont have port 843 forwarded. also you need the policy server running on the same server.
the policy server is required for security by adobe flash. you edit those xml files, it's pretty self explanatory.

Well, yes, it is self-explanatory, except for the fact that it says you can use a port other than 843, and apparently you cannot.
