Guy lives here in Southern California. Some of what he says sounds just downright paranoid, but some of it rings true.

I've seen these chemtrails for longer than I've known what they are.

What they are doing is trying to drastically reduce the population of the planet before our natural resources are completely depleted. Only the rich and protected get to survive.
