ATTN ForumsHQ: Information regarding Guardian!

Post by Raiden »

Family,

I just viewed a post from Drifter on Hell's Mortuarys Forums. Evidently, Guardian, a long time mud community friend and current host of Hell's Mortuary bbs, the board that took over Boink's edits, was in a very bad car accident not to long ago.

As it stands right now, if I read the post correctly, it appears that Guardian (or Adam) did not survive the accident. His wife and son were with him in the car, I still have yet to hear whether or not the two of them made it out of the accident.

Please pray for his family. This was a 25 year old man with a wife and son that was just taken off of the earth. I can't even begin to imagine what his immediate and/or extended family is going through currently.

If I am deciphering the post right, Adam... Thank you for everything you did to try and continue a defunct text rpg. Your family will be in my prayers.

R.I.P. my friend, and may you find happiness in eternity.

God Bless,

Matt A.k.A. 'Raiden'

P.S. Please also remember Drifter in your prayers - he was a neighbor and very close family friend to Adam's family, this situation has got to be affecting him very bad.

Thats shitty. It's never a good thing when one of your own passes. I didnt know the guy but if he was into majormud as much as you say, he was OK in my book.

Rest in Peace

I have seen the name around, didn't really know him. Way to young for that sort of shit, especially when he has a young family as well. My thoughts and prayers are obviously with his family and everyone effected by this. Sorry to hear that Raiden.

I received an update from Drifter -

Their car was broadsided by a semi truck that ran through a red light. Adam, his wife, and son did not make it out of the wreck. Their son's first birthday would have been today.

Please keep these folks in your prayers - I can't imagine the trauma and shock that the surrounding family and friends are going through.

Raiden, please pass my sympathies on to their family and friends. Something like this should never happen to a family. They will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

I wish I could create some sort of online memorial for him and his family.

I can't even begin to think of losing my wife, or my children for that matter. That is one thing that I could not live with if it ever happened to me personally.

I've never shed tears over mud relationships before, but Adam was a very good person, a great husband, and an even better dad. To have these three lives taken off the earth in such a tragic way is incredibly hard to deal with.

Mods or Admin, is there anything we can do on ForumsHQ memorial wise? I would be more then happy to help or contribute in any way possible.

Thank you, and God Bless,

Matt
