New Board Issue

ok ppl ive decided to make a new board again. anyway i have got everything going good excpet to edit i need to make a backup of the wg folder. well when i go to copy/paste it in the pasteing prt says that some WGSMENUE2 is in use and stops the process. well i looked everywhere and nothing by that name is being used. i looked in the task manager and i searched the file name. well the file name comes up in 2 diff places but cant view any of it. anyway if anyone has an idea of what to do so i can start the editing process. thanks guys

Guess the first question is the board running?

Second why do you need a second copy of WG?

Your editing MajorMUD only correct?

Why don't you just backup the wcc files?

This is the file that most of run that backup are boards nightly. You could make something similar to this to backup your files in between edits. Use cmd get into your WG directory make a directory and copy wcc*.* to the newly created directory.

By the way I just copied all the files over without a problem, just did it after a fresh reset.

Speaking of wgsclean.bat, I've been planning on losting mine for a while. It makes and maintains a 7 day full backup of your bbs. burn once a week and you have backups forever
