It is a stock 1.11p mud with the following exceptions (yes there are quite a few):

All races have -20 base stat, or 10, whichever is higher (yes, this means that some races only get -10 base stat one some stats. however, the difference is taken from another base stat to even it with this priority scheme: charm, willpower, int, agil, str, health)

All races have +100 max stat

Some classes get (an additional) -2/-2 HP (i.e. instead of 6-10, it would be 4-8; instead of 3-6 it would be 1-4)

Warrior, Paladin, Ninja, Ranger, Mystic

The rest get -1/-1 HP

All quest exp * 5, this is adapted from the doubled quest exp addon

all monster exp * 4, via universal modifier

all monster hp * 3, via universal modifier

lair mod (for additional monsters and regen)

spell mod (for fairness to spellcasters at high levels), with additional tweaks

caster sashes mod, to improve casters more

sys map

monsters: all item drop% = 10 where 0 = 3.

PVP is enabled and set to 10 levels. If you want to PVP you can. If you do not want to, don't.
