bard's quest cloak ability crashes bbs

If one of my users uses the bard's quest cloak ability in mud it crashes the entire board. It happens when he types use companion.



Any ideas?

What version mud?



I assume you have tried restore file integrity and offline recovery? From the offline utilities menu.



Maybe copy wccspells2.vir wccspells2.dat (I am at work so I don't know the exact file names)



Edit: i.e. goto dos, change directory to \wgserv, type copy wccspells2.vir wccspells2.dat (after making sure that is the right name for the spells .dat file.



Backup your wgserv directory before you start messing with stuff!
