WGSERV Interface Change (Old Console)

hey does anybody know how to get the alternate wgserv interface instead of the default one. i'm talking about the old skool looking blue screen (alot easier to work with)

Start -> Run -> regedit -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Galacticomm -> Worldgroup Server -> CurrentVersion -> UseConsoleWindow -> 1
