@raiden i was not involved with artic in what happened with your BBS, you can ask aragorn or someone to verify the IP address against mine.. (i don't use proxies or any other such nonsense...sigh.. you can verify my ISP with where i live Western Pennsylvania...)

well... i was just upset that everyone jumped on the word hacker/hacking.... that was the extent of my support...





as of lately me and artic are no longer associates more or less because of his extreme immaturity.... i whole heartily support your quest to get him banned from other boards...

Not really a quest... Just don't want other op's to go through the same headache I did.



It's not fun editing back characters and items that were rerolled and lost all of their equipment due to one person's stupidity.



Again, thanks for being upfront with your apology Erek, it's taken in good graces. Sorry to say we won't be seeing the same thing from a certain other someone that is one of the only people currently on my bad side ;)

it was me, but why does it have to be about a grudge? maybe it was because i knew this thread was going to be full of flames (and i was right) and it has very little to do with majormud. i wont respond if you reply because arguing with you is pointless.

well as you have witnessed, i only see one flame...and it was predictable from him.... everyone knows lyki.............................so your move on this part seems to be wrong?

Actually erek is right. I just went thru and re-read the article and only one flame was posted out of 17 responses. It didnt become an issue but now that its in the flamer forums i can only see things escilating and getting messier. I personally think if it had to be moved then the general area would have suited it better.



And if it did become problematic (aka excessive flaming) then it should be closed instead because it wasnt meant to start problems, it was just a public statement. Thats my 2 cents as a forum OP.

Just for the record I don't hold grudges. But I do tend to be wary of those of a fickle nature. Respect isn't free; You gotta work for it. You may be respected as a contributor to Majormud but being respected as a person is far more valuable. Your previous immature antics make it hard for anyone to respect you as a person. Apologizing is the first, not the only, step. As I said before, actions speak louder than words.



That's just my view.

well.. usually things do become a flamewar with me involved...so i thought you'd see for yourself... there's no flames by me... and people who take the time to read what is really being said here... aren't flaming either..



considering what this forum is...a sea of mere words... what is being done here.... is showing a lot of action....
