Effective for 2005 PVP is shut off. It will remain off til further notice. PVP just cause users to quit. So if anyone is looking for a board where you don't gotta watch your back we are that board.

Lyki... I'm sorry for being so blunt... but you really seem to fire your mouth off alot.



I'm a supporter of pvp... but in instances on Gameover, when a user does it specifically to be an ass, and the mainstay of their 'pvp kills' are from scriptkilling... and normally more then multiple times per day on the same character, day after day after day... It becomes a headache.



There are boards that do well with pvp, and there are baords that do well without pvp. I only have a 5 level pvp difference on my board and still run 60+ users. Pvp does happen frequently, but that isn't why the majority of the people play there either... But I suppose that still doesn't reduce the fact that it is a part of Majormud.



If users began complaining of pvp on my board, and threatening to leave due to that fact, I would shut pvp off as well. Anything that harms a board's reputation should be taken care of wisely and promptly by a board owner.



Pvper's come and go like wildfire, I could be less concerned about them. I am more concerned and supporting of the steady players that are there to enjoy the game without headaches due to people being ignorant jackasses.

Have not really decided what edits I am gonna do. Leaning toward Basic realm added abilities to existing races and classes, better stats, higher start cps, lowered charts, some degree of x exp, some of syntax mods, increase weapons but still limiteds, and I am sure some more stuff that I just can't think of at 2 in the morning eastern. I am starting the editing proccess at 11am and hope to be done by 3p- 330p at the very lattest. If I am done early will go up early. Their will be adup before I open the doors so everyone has an even keel. Not that it won't be hard to catch up. :yeah:
