First Tattoo

Alright, well....I want to get one to cover my back, wrap around to my ribs and over my shoulders on to my chest, but the ribs and chest do not connect.





I was thinking about maybe....YingYang symbol, and on one side have the light/good whatever wrap around my left side ribs/shoulder/chest/back and on the right side of my ribs/shoulder/chest/back have the dark/evil. Now as far as the images go it could be anything...instead of evil and good maybe life and death.....any help?

Woo, first tattoo.. ;) I remember mine, did it myself and looks like shit now. Anyhow, it all depends on what you're into - me, I like morbid shit, so I have devils / demons / skulls. You could do like a good/evil theme with an angel and a devil, throw a snake or a dragon in there.. One I want to get when I have the money is the devil coming through my chest, tearing my ribs apart with his claws and sorta peeking out.. Tattoos to me are kind of a personal thing, and every one I have marks a period in my life that I'll remember because of the tattoo. So really you can get ideas from other folks, but what you ultimately get should come from your own "soul". My opinion anyhow.

in all honesty, i wouldn't start off getting a giant tattoo to cover your whole body. it takes a long time and it hurts in some places on your body, which would probably be your ribs. i'd start with a smaller one and go from there.

Well, it would start out as a smaller one..and will do it over time. I was thinking maybe just the ying yang to start, then maybe 1-2 figures for the good/evil side, and just keep expanding the images untill I feel they are done.



I am also training for a kickboxing tournament! Its called the bare knuckle brawl on an indian reservation. Its been a few years since I have trained and I need to get back into it.

i have gotten many tats and they are addictive to me. id go with the angel demon thing if i had to now. i got 2 panters on my arms and chineese symbols on my chest. my back is the back of a dragon and his arms wrap around my left side and over my right arm. its feet come around my waist and its claws are imbeded into my flesh and the head/neck wrap around my left shoulder. VERY cool but hurt so freekin bad that i wouldnt suggest it. but it is a VERY person choice so good luck on your journey

my first tattoo was tweety holding a heart on my arm. i got it 5 years ago when i was 16 and i still love it :)
