thats a link to a screenshot of the development in progress! =p

you get a little shot of some code, the basic look of the program (not everything is visible of course) and me sending an IM to my co-developer, mike

please refrain from starting a thread of posts on which operating systems would be better than the one in this screenshot =)

next time ill fuzz out the image

the code should compile uner any linux, if you wanna talk about real lamers how about people who are restricted to one distrobution because they dont know how to compile their own binaries...

i use mandrake for its thinkpad support, it most closely resembles red hat probably than "lindows" which is something i dont know much about

ive used caldera, freebsd, red hat, debian, mandrake, and openbsd, so...

anyways recently added this week to the program are auto-attacks and auto-sneaking

more on mandrake... its a french distro known for its internationalization support. it supports RPM (red hat style) packages if that matters, and has a custom configuration suite. its not particularly special or fast however it doesnt deserve the amount of crap it gets from people (esp. the freebsd users)

kryax: what is the error you get on compilation

theres no "mandrake specific" code in there but there might be a package you must install or configure, pm me the printout of what went wrong and ill help you with the fix.

also we have a new version coming out with about 20 man-hours of updates put into it. you may want to just wait about a month either way until we have a working beta
