it's a little rough of a ride, lots of vibration. I wont buy another one. I'm not overall impressed with it, even with the 1500 it feels under powered. I should have bought a Harley. This fucking this has been in and out of the shop more than I have riden it, name it and it's gone wrong, or broken. My last bikes were a Ninja 1100 (which I had my accident on), and a LTD 600(first bike). My brother bought a 100th Anniversary Heritage Springer, and he is very happy with it. When I get it back from the shop, I think I'm going to shelve the Vulcan and sell it and get a Harley. I still have the 600 and I'll go back to riding it. great little bike, excellent for city driving, and then get myself a Super Glide or a Boss Hoss. I saw a Boss Hoss for the first time a couple of months ago, all I have to say is Daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!!!!!!!! :yay:

I went to Daytona for a week last May, after I saw the Hoss, and I knew I had to take one for a Test ride, yes they are damn heavy, 2 wheels really shouldn't have that much go juice. But jesus christ that thing was damn nice. I was pissed off that I missed Bike Week, But I couldn't get the time off from work. 2004 I'm gonna be there. I would like to be on something new, if I aint got a Hoss, I'll have a Super Glide. I really want to get rid of that Vulcan I am less than impressed with it.

Or over the winter I'm going to build a trike, if it's finished and insured I'll ride that down. I have the front frame, the rear diff is out of a Dodge PU, the motor is a Suburu STX WRi, basically all it needs is to be assembled, and painted I have all the parts, been collecting them all year. I'll have to see how much time I get to work on it.

You do know boss hoss sells a trike dont ya......I am getting ready to tear down a old yamaha 750 maxim and rebuild it just for fun, going to take it down to the frame and start from scratch, when I am done with the bike it will be like new. The bike now only has like 1700 miles on it so when I am done it will really be like new!

I'm up in Anchorage, freezin my balls off, it was down to 35 lastnight, thought my balls were gonna fall off. Can't remember the last time I saw October this bloody cold. I can't wait to go back down to Florida.

Yeah I know they build a trike, but I wanna build my own first, I started collecting the parts before I saw the Hoss, and checked out thier webpage. the motor I have only has 15,000 miles on it, it aint even broken in yet.
