That's not a bad reason to put..I'd just word it different than "I hate the people there."

I don't know how I'd word it...and if I couldn't come up with something, I'd bullshit and say I was being harassed by someone..or something.

There ya go..say Excessive Harassment that the Management doesn't seem to want to do anything about.

If you use that, and the job doesn't have a (public) history of "harassing" employees, future employers will just think you are a whiner and can't get along with others. :boring:

NEVER say bad things about previous jobs unless there is a very good reason to.

Ok, so you are quitting the job, and going to another one right away? It's called "Better Opportunity Elsewhere." A perfectly valid reason for quitting and doesn't look bad on anyones behalf. That's what I always put, regardless of the reason I quit.

I was gonna say "Needed better work environment" but that's probably better. anything that makes it looks like it was your decision but not saying anything bad (and not lying).

Say you wanted a change. Even if they are the same.

You could say you didn't feel you had advancement opportunities at the previous job. Which is similar to what Speed said.
