I cant get this to work..I think it may be my router..but I have the ports set correctly..I have used port forwarding before...but I cant this one to work.



I have tried the router as the server, and the server I was trying to get to as the server..I dont know what to do.

i put my machine on the dmz, i'm behind a router and i had no trouble



are you sure you have a newsgroups server?

just note when you have a host set up as a DMZ it's like that computer was sitting on the internet and not behind a router at all.
