Upgrading to Mod9?

Okay, i am currently running 1.11G (with the *sysop commands)

and i would like to upgrade to mod9, but i seem to be getting nowhere fast... anyone willing to send me the files so i can upgrade, so i possibly can put up a board one of these days :)
