Chances are the answer to that is no. I completely understand about not wanting to pay for majormud, i've been there, i dont hate. I charge for the sole reason of paying for my business-class cable. I pretty much break even, i might make net enough income off the bbs to purchase a big-mac once a month :D

majormud.org opened on July 31st 2002 - and we've been going strong since. We're a non-pvp board, we have lots of people on - and there is *ALWAYS* someone live. Here are the rules and pricing.

Rules:



- No pvp

- No deathpile robbing

- 1 dupe per person

- 2 cleanups 5pm/5am EST to help regen

- 14 day free unlimited trial upon signup

- Virtually no lag* (note: the internet is slow & lame)

- Running on business class cable 3.5 down/384k up



Pricing:



- $4 a month per char (max of 2)

- $45 for a years access on 1 account

- $80 for a years access on 2 accounts



Atmosphere:



- The board is very friendly and helpful

- Between 60-70 chars logged in at all times

- *ALWAYS* someone live, at all hours. *kiss insomniacs and aussies*

- Cash and first quest available if you want the help

- 1 playing sysop (me) my sysop account is seperate from mud.



If your honest about playing a pay/non-pvp board definatley come check us out and enjoy the free trial, if you're not into pay boards, or non pvp board, or non edit boards - thats cool but dont waste our/your time.
