The way you check this is to go into megamud, check that you have sys powers, run the Who is home? function on the Giant two-headed troll. Room 539 map 6.

im talking about the place in mod 3 where you harvest them in the cave...there is no monster there...the giant 2 headed troll is the back retchweed or whatever...i want the location of the item in the cave...the room # isnt listed anywhere as far as i know but i thought it might be easy to find with nightmare or the other editors...i dunno tho cuz i dont use em...
