If the car is having more problems than it's worth, then fuck yeah man. The next phone call you get from them, you should just deny the whole situation. Treat them how they've been treating you. Way to stick it to the man.

Well I picked up all my shit from the car, and left the tow-yard the keys. As I was walking away I tossed a brick through the windshield, and got yelled at. Apparently damaging your own property on their property isn't allowed.

I was pissed when I got there and found my car doors unlocked. Threatened everyone in range with calling the cops for B&E on my vehicle - they claimed it was standard procedure.

I'm still planning on visiting the City Council meeting this Thursday to air my grievances. And I am highly tempted to call the TV station. Could set up a sting operation, place a vehicle in the same spot. You can actually see the spot where my car was parked from the top floor of my house.

Yeah, it was a brick lying in their yard.

New info: Received a bill for $439.59 from the towing yard - they plan on selling my car at auction end of this month. So I called and asked how they figured they could practically steal my vehicle then charge me for it. Was informed that if I signed over the pink slip I'd only be liable for 1/2 the charges. However, the pink was in the vehicle - was planning on getting rid of it soon, so had recently put it in the glove box. When I cleaned out the car, no pink, as they'd already gone through my shit.

So I told em where to stick it. Put that shit through collections, I really don't care. Have no credit anyway, but I have no intention of paying a thief to steal from me.

I haven't made it to the City Council meeting yet - my boss is the president for the Chamber of Commerce in the city here, and is kinda pressuring me to keep my mouth shut for some reason.

So R.I.P Thunderturd, hello '91 Saturn. Have AC and a radio now, woohoo! Just have to get used to having 4 cylinders instead of 8. Nice on the gas money, that's for sure. But I miss the power :P
