Got any pics.... damn that bird must ride nice... Dad has a 94 Geo Metro (chevy Sprint, Pontiac Firefly) on 185/75r14's which is alot nicer than the 155/70r12's it came with.

I'll shoot some pictures this weekend, maybe, since I'm getting ready to get rid of the junker. Tranny's slipping, so I have to drive it much like a manual - revving to get it to change gears. It was replaced about 90k miles ago, but since the engine wasn't replace at the same time I guess the tranny doesn't align perfectly, causing it to go out sooner. I dunno much about cars.
Rides nice, much like a small boat :P
V8, 5.0l, with body shocks for the smoothest ride. I love it, but I hate it at the same time.

As a Department of Transportation employee, I would suggest getting your vehicle fixed right away or take it off the road immediatley.
With the amount of stuff that flies off vehicles on highways, ready to hit another vehicle, its of paramount importance that we keep our roadways safe.

As a Department of Transportation employee, I would suggest getting your vehicle fixed right away or take it off the road immediatley.

I rock the PBR...it's a skunky beer. Great for taking a cube to a party. Nobody will touch it so you get it all to yourself.. It's an aquired taste.

So I just spent most of today re-building the exhaust system, everything from the catalytic converter back go replaced. I haven't ever see so much "bailing wire" used for an exhaust system before. Who ever put the old exhaust system on my truck, was a f**king retard. Bailing wire holding the system up, but all the exhaust mounts were there, and in use, so I dont really understand what the bailing wire was for... Anyways... the new pipe is in, and everything is welded together nicely.
I even got a couple of really nice "slag burns" mmm gotta love molten slag landing on bare skin, gloves only cover so much area, specially when your lying on your back. right now I only know how to weld with stick.

I had a guy from eastern Washington (state) tell me he could fix anything with bailing wire and duct tape. From the look of his truck I could tell he was serious, so you never know what you're gonna get.

It sounds like someone might have put the wire on to quiet some rattles or something. The exhaust was prolly hitting the heat shields. I usually use a coat hanger though. lol. I'm thinking that most people don't want to take the time to lift up their vehicle and crawl underneith it to do something properly.
I bought an S-15 when i was 17 for 200 bucks off a mexican guy that i worked with. The exhaust at one point had been fixed (more like attempted) by a couple rolls of duct tape. Obviously, duct tape melts under exhaust temps, but it was funny as hell to crawl under and see that pile of goob all over the bottom of the truck. The guy also hard wired the radio to the battery with jumper cables and tried to fix a brake leak with jb weld.
The brakes went out on me when i was going 65 on a country road..being an 87 pickup, an emergency brake wasn't standard equiptment. I ended up ripping through a ladies yard, taking her fence out, and baha'd over the ditch and into a yield sign(go figure). Once the truck stopped, i left it in the cornfield for a day untill i scraped up enough balls to drive it home. Moral of the story is, know your brakes are good, never assume. they can and will try to kill you.

Try putting some Lucas Trans into your transmission...give it a couple hundred miles to start working...this stuff has saved many many of my transmissions before...it's less than ten bucks a bottle, and it's worth a shot.
