gameover was the best edited board i had played on since killingfields

unlim dupes, 10 lvl pvp, good edits

so i started playing on there on like,wednesday or something

a friend of mine let me use his lvl 50something ranger on there

of course, eventually i started killing people

no problems there (for me, anyway, the people i killed kept bitching about it)

but anyway

it went down at around noon today

i just logged back on it about half an hour ago and, to my surprise, i found all of my accounts were suspended :tsktsk: :tsktsk:

even my friends account

so i made a new account, went into the game and saw that my gang was deleted and all of my characters were,too

so anyway

this bbs is one to stay away from

also, if my being deleted/suspended isn't enough to keep people from playing on here, the sysop cheats

Tho, i do think it sorta bitch-like to suspend someone for PVPing..if you enable pvp, he can kill anyone he wants any time he wants for any reason..that's what pvp is...



But I don't know the whole story, artic usually doesn't tell all of it..

He didn't get suspended for pvping. He got suspended for being Artic. First off Artic doesn't pvp he just attacks scripts and hordes items just to be an ass. Him and his gang are a real negative part of the game that detracts from the fun of the game for others.If I would of let Artic and Company Continue it would of been him being the only group of people on the board because like always Artic doesn't play well others he just chases people off boards. As far as me cheating thats fine believe what you want I really could careless. If you would like to know the truth tho its I recently added the command line to wccmmud.ini to allow sys summon, sys edit, sys tteleport that stuff from 1.11i. So that I could get items and cash for people as I have done for everyone on that board since I started without using nightmare all the time. The exp I have I received legitmately.



When the complaints started rolling in about the royal pwned crew I had not planned on doing anything then I read my scroll backs and see the following.

I had been defending him til this point. I have always been a sysop that listens to what my users say before I make a decision so the majoirty wanted him gone. So no suprise he is gone, and well not be missed nore will I regret doing it. We will work on validation program to keep a happier bbs.



Artic if it was my call you would of stayed but you don't respect me when I am defending you left me no choice.



Please don't play on my board cuz its really gonna break my heart if you listen to the retric of artic I don't want you anyway.

That is almost entirely untrue. I killed plenty of people at keys. And please enlighten me: how is it possible to hoard items on a no-limited item bbs?



Him and his gang are a real negative part of the game that detracts from the fun of the game for others.

If the users don't like pvp, then why would they play on a bbs that allows pvp?

or even an edited bbs in the first place? As I've said plenty of times before, edited bbs = pvp

actually, that only seems to happen when i play on edited boards.

i'm playing on 5 legit bbs's right now and on all of them, the sysops either A. don't know who i am and doesn't care or B. actually seem to like me



it seems to me that if there's any pattern here, it's that sysops of edited boards are all losers with low self-esteem and god complexes.

Artic - There's no such thing as bending rules..you're either following them, or breaking them. The whole idea of 'bending' rules is just an evil persons way of justifying evil deeds, and always has been. Personally..I don't mind you playing. I do, however, have a problem with you hanging people for no reason and killing people for no reason. Killing a person here or there, yeah..that's fine. But the way you operate, if you see someone who isn't you or your friend, and even sometimes they might be your friend, you attack them. That's why you get banned..mud isn't about pvping, otherwise what is any area besides silvermere or the sewers doing in the game?



As far as 'hoarding items'...Artic is right. You can't exactly accuse someone of hoarding items when theres no lims...think about it..does it make sense? If so, I'm guilty of hoarding items on almost every BBS I've ever played on.
