Again..panth..the lag isn't me. It's partly me yes, to an extent, but I don't constantly lag..and I did on lunar. Ask my users..my board can lag yes..but it isn't constant. They would feel constant lag logging onto my BBS before I felt constant lag on Lunar if it was my end..



The lag wasn't as bad when I started..nowhere near as bad as it used to be..but it got worse, I didnt die all the time til I had been there a while.



I almost never expereince lag, and I have died once from lag, and that was caused by me, and my end lagging

I used to lag on Phrancheyez for what little time i was there. Which means that theres something between our connections that isnt quite right. Maybe a tracert will show something, I think ill try that later.

Seph, I know im a bit late on this subject, BUT I am here now to say why. The reason I haven't been playing on your board, well, any board for that matter is life happens. Don't get me wrong I love your board and shit man when either of us need help we try to help each other. I quit for 3 reasons and I will state those reasons now.



1. My baby was born on Nov. 9th and she occupies the time when im not at work. She alone is the main reason why I quit playing on your board and on almost all boards alike.



2. I have the shittiest computer in the world (currently running on 466 MHz and 192Meg ram) and I really do have issues running more than 1 megamud at a time. (I will be building a new computer as soon as I get my taxes)



3. The lag was bad at times with me for some reason, and when it hit me, it would be killer so wala..



Now Seph, dont get me wrong as I said before, after I get this new computer built I will probably start playing again, but as of right now its not happening and life pretty much has me by the balls so to speak.

I get burnt out on this game real quick. Every few months, or a year or so, I get back into it, for a little bit, then dumb shit pulls me out of it and I don't wanna get back in. I've got Plat's board up right now, but with the half dozen users, its fucking boring. Haven't logged in in a few days.

my 2cents, people brag about 70+ users on a board, but majormud isn't big enough for that. Unless you add in a lot of extra areas, its just way to crowded. Some people like that, im claustrophobic however. :\
