I just wanna know where all his damn networth is...

He's probably got a bad ass ship with a shitload of hulls for trading. My networth is in my planets, I've got 35 planets with almost 2 billion colonists. I just started trading again the other day, I think he's been trading all along.

we did some calculating (we're that type) to try to figure out how stein could be so far ahead of wolfskin.
we know for a fact that wolfskin attained 1 billion colonists before stein, so he's colonizing faster than stein. we know that stein is gaining networth faster than wolfskin. there's something missing.
we know that selling goods is extremely turn intensive, depending on the number of hulls you have. we figured that in order to make a decent profit from selling goods, you'd require at least level 27 hulls. last i checked, that was around 57 billion in cash (not really sure on that) to purchase. that's a hefty chunk of change. in fact, draining a port of goods will only yield around 1 billion (2 if you're meticulous enough). not only would have to get enough planets to to create over 100 million goods/day, but you'd have to have enough initial cash to buy the hulls to make it turn efficient. players don't get enough turns to do both.
i'll estimate that stein has 2 billion colonists. that means that if he were to dump all of his production over to goods, he'd make 600 million goods/day. this means that he'd need 3.3 million hulls to sell all of that with the 720 turns you earn each day. you'd make AT MOST 12 billion credits each day. also, that leaves no turns for further colonization (leaving him to only gain 240 million colonists/day from fucking). that doesn't outgain what wolfskin makes doing his little diddy, yet stein is still passing him on networth. :ehh:
i don't think it's possible to both a) colonize planets and b) sell goods effectively. there's simply not enough turns.
so, basically, i just wanna know what levels of production stein is uses on his planets. it's probably not fighters as those are built extremely slow. goods are too turn intensive without a lot of pre-gained capital. and i don't think he's cash whoring.
my best bet is he's using a banker/builder strategy, leaning more towards the banker part. but that still doesn't explain everything..

Well 2 billion is a good guess... but i have 3 billion colonists. and i haven't traded anything in quite a few days. I am useing a banker/builder strategy, but im not gona tell you all how to do it.. now Brunt, if you need information... just send me a msg and ill help you... but as for anyone outside my allanice... they will have to wait awhile untill im so far ahead that it won't matter, or i get bored and need some compation.
Any other questions

I've got sum 3 billion colonists as well. I'm still not getting as much shit as him.
I also achieved 1 billion colonists and 50 planets before Stein. I'm trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
