threads are also missing posts
Re: site updates: ugliness
You can't the "skin" for the forum because A) they've turned off that feature in VBulliten Admin panel, B) Its an admin only changeable item, or C) They've lost interest in hosting forums...
Re: site updates: ugliness
FYI READ:
- change your style to vb2 for now
- post broken links here
- I don't care about images right now.
According to Aragon we can.

Re: site updates: ugliness
its missing in the control panel... I know EXACTLY where its supposed to be... but for some wierd reason its just not there. If they only have 1 style template installed, it does not give you the option to change the template.
Another thing... the reason why Vbulliten is such a pain is the templates are all stored in mySQL which means HARDCORE mySQL quieries for every page loading.
Now lets fix this shit and be done with it. I know how VBulliten works now... its got some cool admin features, but its not worth the 100+ bucks IMO.

Re: site updates: ugliness
Ok, so far no one has posted any broken links. I told you - I don't care about the images right now. I get about 20 error messages a day but they aren't descriptive enough. When I go to those links, everything is OK.
FYI, mmcache is going to be installed soon, so it should speed up the page somewhat....

Re: site updates: ugliness
The fact that no threads are showing up is a template issue - it doesn't work with the old template, but i've made the vb2 template the default template for the whole site - is that not working??
